Conflicted / Restricted Areas

With regard to regulations and / or guidelines, as may be applicable, restrictions regarding imagery of conflicted or restricted areas, specifically those that have been listed as subject to war or imminent conflict are prohibited from general sale. The current list as of the effective date of this Agreement includes portions of the below countries / regions. The affected areas subject to enhanced due diligence are those recognized as parts of active conflict zones by the United Nations and / or United States.

Myanmar (formerly Burma)
North Korea
Pakistan
People’s Republic of China
Republic of the Sudan
Russia
Syria
Venezuela

For the avoidance of doubt, subject to proper due diligence, Satellogic can make imagery available and accept tasking orders. Specific customer requests for these conflicted / restricted areas should be submitted for a determination as to whether any imagery may be sold based upon the specific area of interest and the enhanced due diligence on the requesting customer. The Company reserves the right to delay delivery and, in limited cases, modify the resolution of images and data pertaining to sensitive or conflicted locations.
